Recognising Excellence at Sanctuary Buderim

Sanctuary Early Learning • August 19, 2025

At Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Buderim, our team pour their heart and soul into creating a nurturing, inspiring environment where children flourish. This year, at the Sanctuary Gala, we were thrilled to see two of our Buderim educators recognised as finalists for their outstanding contribution to early childhood education.

Shining bright at Sanctuary Buderim

Caity – Finalist, Educator of the Year
Caity is known for her boundless warmth and creativity. She brings learning to life in meaningful ways, guiding children with patience, energy, and love. Her ability to make every child feel seen and valued is at the very heart of Sanctuary Buderim.

Anne – Finalist, Educational Leader of the Year
Anne is a guiding force for our educators, encouraging reflective practice and championing innovative learning. With wisdom and care, she empowers her team to grow, ensuring that children benefit from thoughtful, high-quality experiences every day.

Recognition that reflects our community

For us, being named finalists is not just about standing on a stage — it’s about the everyday impact our team has on children and families. The recognition given to Caity and Anne reflects the warmth of our classrooms, the strong bonds with families, and the commitment to creating a place where children feel secure, curious, and confident to grow.

We couldn’t be prouder of Caity and Anne, and of the whole Buderim team who inspire, encourage, and support one another each day. To our families — thank you for being part of our journey and for trusting us with your most precious little people. Together, we make Sanctuary Buderim the caring community it is today.
