Family Owned, Purpose Led Centres

Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure was founded by Lauren and Damian with a clear vision — to create an early learning environment where no child is ever left out.

Lauren and Damian work alongside the team at Sanctuary Head Office and remain actively involved across all centres. With a small, highly connected head office team, they maintain strong, authentic relationships with educators and leaders, ensuring decisions are informed by what truly matters in practice.

Both spend regular time in each centre, working closely with teams, supporting leadership, and investing in ongoing professional development. Their commitment is not theoretical — it’s visible, consistent, and embedded in the day-to-day life of Sanctuary.

As parents themselves, Lauren and Damian’s connection to early learning is deeply personal. Their own children are Sanctuary alumni, reinforcing the care, trust, and high standards they hold across every centre.

This founding vision continues to shape how Sanctuary operates today — from inclusive fee structures to thoughtful program design — ensuring every child and family feels welcomed, supported, and valued.

Light-Filled & Interactive Spaces

Our centres are designed with intention — light-filled, open spaces that invite curiosity, movement, and connection. Natural light plays a central role in creating calm, welcoming environments that support children’s wellbeing, focus, and sense of belonging.

Interactive learning zones encourage exploration, collaboration, and independence, allowing children to move freely between play, discovery, and quiet moments of reflection. Thoughtfully chosen materials, flexible layouts, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections create environments that adapt to children’s interests and support meaningful learning experiences.

These spaces are more than rooms — they are environments that inspire engagement, nurture confidence, and support children to learn at their own pace, every day.
